Easily Practice Mindfulness in Your Daily Life.

Creating better habits and values by practicing mindfulness in my daily life helped me in my personal, professional and spiritual growth. These are some key aspects in my life that I consciously worked on improving and creating healthy habits to live a more conscious and self-aware journey. Many personal development mentors that I now follow share the same information. I hope this will help you be a little more conscious during your journey and find the perfect balance for your own personal journey.

What You Eat. Nourish your body with clean and healthy foods, you'll see a huge difference in your energy as well as your mindset.

The Night Is For Sleep. Your mind and body need their rest to preform at their best everyday. Be sure to get 7-9 hours of sleep every night.

Let’s Get Moving. Find something you enjoy and get active for at least 30 mins everyday. Exercise releases endorphins creating a positive feeling.

Get Uncomfortable. ‘A comfort zone is a great place, where nothing ever grows.’ Get out of your comfort zone and embrace your insecurities find ways to move past them. We can't grow if we keep doing the same thing.

Clear Your Mind. Make space for your own thoughts, get a planner and take all your to do's, goals, appointments, account information out of your head and on paper.

Trust In Your Creator. This will be the biggest part of your journey because everything is leading you to exactly where you're supposed to be. Once you realize, believe, and trust that everything will flow naturally and effortlessly.

Feed Your Mind The Good Stuff. Become selective of what you feed your mind, it's as important as what you feed your body. Create healthy habits of tv shows, social media, music, and the news.

Meditation. Find time for at least 20 minutes everyday. Even if you have difficulty being present don't give up with practice you'll see huge improvement in time.

Your Thoughts Are Energy. Speak kind thoughts to yourself about yourself, as well as others. Your thoughts are energy, positive thoughts attract positive energy to your life.

Read | Podcast | Journal. There is so much free information online from motivational mentors. Follow a self help podcast, social media account, read a book, and journal your thoughts.
